  The worst. Arrived at 5:30pm, with a small party of friends. It's a place where the seating is a free for all, no one greeting your arrival or any order what so ever. We all stood around for a good bit, until a table freed up and the mad dash was on. We were the "unlucky" one's who got the table, because a solid hour went by before we even received menu's! A busy evening in a rather large place, with 2 waitresses on duty. For both an upstairs and downstairs fake Irish pub. 30 minutes later, the overworked and obviously distressed waitress took our order. Simple, fish 'n chips, and shepherd's pie. 2 hours later, no food. We left far more hungry than when we entered. Oh, and as we left, the waitress was kind enough to let us know, they are out of shepherd's pie! A total joke. The cocktails we did get was of our own doing, trips back and forth to the bar. My wife also used the disgusting bathroom, as big as an old phone booth, no toilet paper! It's nothing but a broke down city dive trying to get by, by calling itself an Irish pub. I'd give it 3 thumbs down if I had a third hand, and no stars if Google review would allow it
