  The place was really slow. They must have messed up my prime rib beacause a half hour after ordering the waitress came to tell me they were out.

  We went to Prime for Thanksgiving dinner. While I have a lot to be thankful for, I was not thankful for the quality of food that was served. Before I continue with my review of the lack of quality of the food, I want to say that our waitress was very accommodating, quite gracious actually. The following lists the most important complaints: my order was not correct, my order was barely warm, we had to wait approximately 15 mins for the remaining 3 orders...all of them were the turkey special.....the wait didn't really matter as I stated that my food was already barely warm, the turkey was so dry that even drowning it with gravy did not help to "get it down", finally the advertised jumbo bake stuffed shrimp were a small large at best. We waited at least 15 mins for 2 cups of coffee, one cup of tea, and one cheesecake. With that said, I feel the need to say one positive thing about the food...even though the sweet potato was cold, it was still cooked perfectly.

  Very impressed by the staff. Food was excellent every bite full of flavor. Did not care for the shrimp tails still being connected. I recommend this place as a nice date or gathering not much for kids menu. Enjoy as I did.
