  The spa at Norwich Inn. Is the most relaxing place I've ever been to. The staff was great, always there when you need something. The food was amazing. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. I can't wait to visit again.

  Arrived in the morning and got a tour of the facilities. We had a lovely instructor for the Makin' Waves class, and then spent some time in the hot tub and sauna before lunch. I was intrigued by the avocado cakes, but I probably won't order them again. My friend's Caprese was delicious. The Thai salad was dressed perfectly and my friend devoured her steak tacos with delight. Our drinks were also good and the service was excellent. In the afternoon, we both thoroughly enjoyed our top notch massages and then wonderful pedicures, and lounging in the relaxation room in between. Every person on the staff was really great (I wish I could remember specific names!) and made us feel welcome and well-informed. It's a very expensive splurge to do a whole day, but it was deeply relaxing and much appreciated.

  The spa itself was beautiful, the treatments were great and very professional..loved the jacuzzi. The service was however not very good at all, especially at the restaurant. The gratuity is included so it seemed like the servers dont care about giving good service. The villas were ok, nice rooms but very uncomfortable beds and no hot water for showers. It also took us several tries to get extra blankets from the front desk. Overall a mostly good experience but definitely room for improvement in service
